Yoga Class in Central Park, New York

One of our favorite events is the free outdoor Yoga Class in Central Park, which we hold at the beautiful surroundings at Summit Rock in Central Park in New York.

Yoga Class in Central Park program includes “30 cubed” sun salutations, live Kirtan music, and meditations for recovery and creating positive mental habits. We invite up to 200 attendants to keep the privacy spirit of the event.

Un-dependent project is supported by Models Against Addictions, SuperHealth and Golden Bridge to organize this energy invigorating event.

The free Yoga Class in Central Park is a charity event, raising donations for children of addicts or adults dealing with recovery and addiction. Each $30 raised purchases an unlimited monthly yoga pass at a local studio for a partnering community resident.
